Hello my name is Darlene,
I have been taking care of kids since I was about 10 years old, I would spend my whole summer vacation babysitting, weather it was my younger siblings, cousins, or friends of the family I have always been the babysitter for everyone. So growing up I always knew I wanted to work with kids. I am in my confrort zone when I am with kids. I love to see thier little faces when they get excited about something and I love how thier so open minded to everything and are so fearless with big imaginations.
I Have been married to by husband for 5 years, but we have been together for 9 yrs. We have two little girls 5 and 7 and have been very involved in thier schools since my oldest was in headstart. I have been on the P.T.A. board as President, Vice- President, Secretary, Historian and general board member to help with fundraising. I have several certificates for volunteering on many different things in thier schools.
I have been on the other end where we needed to find someone to watch our children and having to decide if we can afford or trust the person to watch them. So I know it's a tough decision to make but I can guarantee that it is my number one priority to make sure every child in my care has a safe, happy and healthy day when they are in my care.
Every parent is welcome to check in on thier child throughout the day. I am willing to help in potty training your child if needed. All meals are approved through the Child Nutrtion Program.
